Avoid using static values; go for a data-driven approach. You can create variables or load in data from a data file. With this approach, you can reuse the data and maintain data in one place.

Create a Variable

Step 1). Drag and drop the Set Values from the Test Palette and set the value.

Step 2). Call this value in the test case using Content Assist (CTRL+Space).
