Create records via API

To create a record for a custom or standard object in Standard object in Salesforce, use the create record API instead of Create via UI. Using this feature will reduce execution time and get you to your test objective quicker. It also ensures that you always have the records you need for your test scenario.

Follow these steps to use this feature:-
Step 1). Go to the org browser and select the Object you want to create a record.

Step 2). Drag and drop the object into your test case.

Step 3). Click on the “Add an Object Create step”.

Step 4). Select the fields and click on “OK”.

Step 5). Fill the data and run the test case.
