Japanese Language Support

Custom Org

For Custom Org (Rename Org/Namespace Prefix), users can create and run tests in Japanese to make sure the operation of a Salesforce Org is well-tested in Japanese for these components.

  • Japanese language support should be provided for field and object rename mapping and execution.
  • In an Org with a Namespace Prefix, mapping and execution for standard fields, custom fields, and custom objects are supported in Japanese.
  • Support for other languages and current functionalities are unaffected.

Salesforce CPQ

To make sure that the operation of a Salesforce Organisation is precisely tested in Japanese for these components, users can create and execute tests in the Japanese language for CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).

  • The current CPQ functionalities in both Classic and Lightning applications are supported for mapping and execution.
  • The Tool and Test Builder editors for CPQ completely support all Japanese characters, ensuring smooth mapping and execution.
  • When utilising Japanese characters and carrying out mappings and executions, the tool’s general responsiveness and performance is not impacted.

Lightning Flexi Pages

Provar users can create and execute tests in the Japanese language for Lightning customization (Sales & Consoles) to ensure the functionality of a Salesforce Org is effectively tested in Japanese for these components. This capability is critical for teams working in Japanese environments, allowing comprehensive and accurate testing of Salesforce.

The mapping and execution for the following is supported in Lightning customization:

  • Highlight panel/ Dynamic action
  • Related Records
  • List view
  • Related lists both Single and Dynamic
  • Record Details and Utility Bar
  • App page, Home page and Record page
  • Custom and Standard Template

The Tool and Test Builder editors allow all Japanese characters for lightning customisation and during mapping and execution.
