This article explains how Provar uses AI services in our test automation software to enhance functionality and deliver valuable responses. It is intended to help our Support, Sales, and Success teams respond to customer queries related to our AI features.

AI in Provar’s Test Automation
Provar’s AI feature integrates with trusted AI providers, such as OpenAI, AWS, etc, to generate relevant, context-specific responses for Salesforce org testing. The AI services are designed to streamline and enhance the testing experience by providing intelligent responses based on your Salesforce org’s metadata.

What Data Provar Use
The AI features utilizes metadata from the customer’s Salesforce org.

Important Note: No personal data is collected, stored, or used by the AI features.

Data Sharing with AI Providers
Provar shares only the necessary metadata with third-party AI providers to deliver the AI-generated responses. We have strict contractual agreements with these providers to ensure they:
– Use the data solely for generating responses
– Do not store, reuse, or repurpose the data for machine learning or any other purposes

User Control and Consent
Customers consent to metadata collection and sharing when they use the AI feature. The AI feature in Provar is disabled by default. You can enable or disable it using the -Dcom.provar.automation.ai.services.enabled flag by setting its value to either true or false. This flag can be configured in the Provar INI file or passed as an ANT argument for CI executions.
