Provar Manager Test Case Upload Resolution

If you encounter the following issue while trying to upload test cases and their corresponding metadata components into Provar Manager:
INVALID_OR_NULL_FOR_RESTRICTED_PICKLIST:Metadata Type: bad value for restricted picklist field: CustomField:provar__Metadata_Type__c –

Then you will need to modify the custom object provar__Metadata_Component__c in your Provar Manager org.

1. Navigate to the Setup page for your org where Provar Manager is installed.
2. Open the Object Manager and locate the object:
   
3. Navigate to Fields & Relationships -> Metadata Type
4. Initially, the Values section will only contain 3 values:
   
5. To add the missing values to this picklist, click on View Metadata Type Value Set
6. Then, click on the New button in the Values section

7. Paste the values below in the box:

ApexPage

AuraDefinitionBundle

CustomApplication

CustomField

CustomObject

CustomTab

FlexiPage

Layout

LightningComponentBundle

ListView

QuickAction

8. Click save and validate the picklist values:

9. Navigate back to Provar Automation and attempt to re-upload the test cases that were previously throwing errors.
10. Metadata components for all affected tests should now be uploaded!
